Climb on one tree per day!

We all know that our children should play outside more. But how can we get them outside when all they want to do all day is sit in front of their screens?

Maybe by coming up with a challenging activity! For example, climbing a tree.

Climbing a tree not only strengthens your kids

naturally, but also helps develop motor control and mobility.

It will boost their self-esteem and confidence. I am 100% sure that your kids will tell everyone that they climbed a "tall" tree. They will be proud of themselves.

Believe it or not, climbing trees helps kids become problem solvers, critical thinkers, and develop an "I can do it" attitude. When you climb a tree, you have to be very focused and concentrated. Important skills for your kids to learn. Additionally, it encourages kids to think more creatively.

I remember when I was a kid, we played in trees a lot with other kids. Climbing a tree helps them engage with other children and strengthens their social skills.

When children climb a tree, there is a chance that they will discover some animals such as birds, insects or a squirrel. They can learn about the nature of the tree and the animals.

In addition, sunshine has various benefits for our body. It improves our mood, sleep and can strengthen our immune system.

...and finally:

Use the time together... You must have climbed trees as a child. If so, show your kids how! If not, it's never too late to start 😊.
